Yoga classes for strength, mobility, connection & regulation
Morzine & Montriond
I teach yoga as both a movement practice and a psychological one.
I specialise in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga styles, using breath and movement to connect to the self and the present moment, wake up the body, create space, and get energy and circulation flowing. All of my classes have a challenging and energetic element, as well as a relaxing and self-reflective element. This isn’t yin yoga— it won’t all be calm. For me, it’s important that we get our bodies moving and flowing a minimum before we stretch, open, and let go. I don’t use many props in my classes, as I find they can be distracting and bring us out of the practice— I also believe that all we need for yoga is our bodies and our mats (injuries aside). This is a practice of awareness rather than performance — an invitation to slow down, feel, and return to what matters.
Classes are held at the Lac de Montriond in summer, with options at the Morzine studio and Fat Fox Lodge in case of rain.

My yoga background & philosophy
I’ve been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years. Today I am practicing Ashtanga and Vinyasa, with a deep focus on psychology; specifically: awareness (of thoughts, of the body, of the self, of reality), concentration, mind-body connection, emotional regulation, and acceptance. I began teaching in 2024 after completing my 200hr teacher training in Ashtanga and Vinyasa at Sthira Yoga School in Goa, India. My practice blends physical, spiritual, and philosophical aspects, integrating Eastern teachings with Western psychology. Since 2020, I’ve also studied Buddhism, which influences my yoga classes, aiming for a holistic approach to mind-body well-being.
